Walk with Purpose collaboration

I’m delighted to be working in partnership with Madeline Paterson of Symmetry Coaching and Christina Conroy of Coralesce Ltd on a new venture – Walk with Purpose.

Walk with Purpose provides individual and group led walks facilitated by a personal coach, on the beautiful Isle of Wight. We cover life-change themes such as divorce, bereavement and major illness as well as work-life themes such as career change, enterprise, leadership and management.

We have formed partnerships with 4 island-based companies – the Garlic Farm, the Royal Ocean Racing Club, the Seaview Hotel and the West Bay Club. Our first group walk is on Friday 17th November from the West Bay Club, and the theme will be Enterprise and Management.

Our official launch is tomorrow, 15th November, at the Garlic Farm with a presentation on the psychology of walking and mindfulness from Madeline Paterson from Symmetry Coaching. The Garlic Farm owner, Colin Boswell, will also lead a short walk around the farm, giving our guests the chance to ‘walk and talk’.

This venture is funded by the Active Travel Innovation Grant from the Department of Transport via Isle of Wight Council.
